Terms of Service

Effective July 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of thenerdycpa.com and the coaching sessions offered on it by Michelle Morgan ("The Nerdy CPA," "we," "our"). By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

The services

We offer one-on-one coaching and advisory sessions for business owners — including the Free Consult, Power Hour, Monthly Coaching, and VIP Day — covering bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, and tax strategy. Sessions are delivered by video (Zoom or Microsoft Teams). Session inclusions, durations, and prices are as described on the booking page at the time you book.

Coaching, not a client engagement

Sessions provide education, coaching, and general guidance based on the information you share. Unless we sign a separate engagement letter, booking a session does not make you an accounting, tax-preparation, or attest client, and nothing in a session constitutes an opinion or filing on your behalf. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for your own filings. For work beyond coaching — tax preparation, representation, or ongoing engagements — we'll agree to that separately in writing.

Booking and payment

Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

To reschedule or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or write to info@nerdygirlaccounting.com.

Recordings and materials

Paid sessions include a recording provided to you for your personal business use. Recordings, action plans, SOPs, checklists, and other materials we prepare are for you and your business — please don't resell or republish them. You're welcome to use everything we build together inside your own company.

Your responsibilities

No guarantee of results

We bring experience and genuine care to every session, but business and tax outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee any particular financial result, tax savings, or business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Fair use of this site

Don't misuse the booking system — including making bookings you don't intend to keep, probing or disrupting the service, or booking on someone else's behalf without their permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. The terms in effect when you book a session apply to that session.
